Your REDIPEN™ Package
The PEG-INTRON® REDIPEN™ is designed to be patient-friendly. You will receive a complete package that includes everything you need to administer a single weekly dose of PEG-INTRON®:
- a tray holder,
- a self-priming needle in the REDIPEN™, which means that a self-priming action automatically removes air bubbles from the pen prior to administration,
- an easy-to-read dial-up dosing button in the REDIPEN™ that offers precise, individualized weight-based dosing of PEG-INTRON®,
- a small needle (30 gauge) to help minimize discomfort, and
- 2 alcohol swabs

Cost
Good news! Schering has priced the PEG-INTRON® REDIPEN™ the same as for the equivalent strength PEG-INTRON® vial. If you have concerns about financial issues associated with the treatment, you may be eligible for the reimbursement assistance program, Schering's COMMITMENT TO CARE®.
