Treatment Reminders

Effective hepatitis C treatment means taking a disciplined approach to improving your condition. Complete these forms to receive regular e-mail reminders that will notify you when to perform certain treatment-related activities, such as when it's time to administer medication, meet with your health care provider or refill your prescription.

Let The Be In Charge® Program Remind You. The first form, Medication Reminder, is designed to help you maintain a consistent weekly medication schedule. When you take your treatment is important, so give the day of the week and time of medication serious consideration. For example, we suggest that you take your medication right before going to sleep. Doing so will help you "sleep off" some of the usual side effects. Also, as a note, if you have been prescribed combination therapy, don't forget to take your medicine strictly as prescribed.

Don't Miss Another Doctor's Appointment. The second form, Appointment Reminder, will help you keep your appointments with your doctor, test labs and other health care providers, as well as any other appointments that may be a part of your therapy.

To ensure that you receive your reminders, consider adding [email protected] to your e-mail contacts list.
